So there are many things I suck at, most notably is answering my phone/calling people back. I'm not going to write a post on that. My friends/family still love me even though it might take 17 1/2 days to return their phone call. Or so I think. More seriously, I have become so lazy when it comes to taking pictures of my girls and especially organizing and printing them. I have all these amazing pictures my
sister has taken, and they sit on disks! Vat the heck?! Anyways, we have a lot of open wall space in the new house that needs to be filled up! I'm torn when it comes to family photos on display everywhere though. I'm more of a "put one here and there" type versus in every room/on every wall. Unless of course it's a "glamour-shots" photo of Janet Harsh, circa 1995 -- that's going above the fireplace.
Someday I will print out the thousands of pictures and organize them in albums, right? Give me 18 years, and maybe by then there will be some cool technology that does it for me!
I did manage to snap a few pics the other day. It's monsoon season here in Alamogordo, NM...we sit out on our front porch and watch the storms roll in, a nice perk of living up in Laborcita Canyon. It has rained almost once a day since the beginning on July, which is a little break from dessert living. We even get thunder and lighting [and hail, erg] -- something i missed while living in Vegas.
